The doors are swung open the city seemed to be empty. David looked around the Elf Tower and saw no elves in the area on his walk into the royal chambers he found where the ruler of the city is suppose to sit. Seeing no other elf he proclaimed himself ruler of the elf city and promised to get it turned back to its former glory. Stone walled area:where the city and its people and military building will go.

It was a quiet and serene silence, in the gardens of the tower. Birds twittered and flittered as they flung from flower to flower, the green grasses were perfectly cowed as the Elf prince strode across them, he wore the most regal of robes, flowing golds and blue. However for all his grace, all his perfection he was still a warrior. As suggested by the merest glimer of silver rings beneath his cloth, and the curved blade at his waist. Atop his head was a crowning feature of gold, it declared his rulership over this city. That each of its people called him their lord, rather than any others.
The people of the city saw him as the greatest ruler, who else would they serve? Emperor Valos? A smelly orc, the mere idea of it was sickening. Perhaps Volyan? Rumours claim he is but a pawn for another, who would serve such a weakling? The vampire Raphael? He controlled the hub of darkness in Asyut, a city mere scum walked as kings. Would they turn to weak Jericho? Neigh. They had all they wished in Prince Teclis. A mighty warrior, wise magi and skilled leader.
As he returned from his morning walks, at his flanks several of the white guard. The white guard, true warriors one and all, they towered in white cloth and light mail, in their hands were lengthy spears, with cruel tips. They walked with true grace, and brilliance, true gods amongst men.
Quickly he strode through marble corridors, each surface reflecting the perfectly chiseled features of the young prince; at least young by elven standards. His eyes darted, a inner knowing that something was wrong. On full automatic his hand reached to his sword, drawing the well crafted blade. The white guard acted in a similar fashion, bright eyes staring down corridors with a vigil unmatched in the lands.
As the doors of the throne room were burst open they saw him, a mere child, and a wood elf no less! Who was he to march amongst such brilliance? The high elves gasped as one, such arrogance to march into a city and then proclaim rulership over it. And whom had he proclaimed this to? None, Teclis guessed that this was naught but a mad-man. Slowly the white guard formed about him, some clutching the blade others the bow. But those to be watched out for held nothing, the magisters of the city. Who commanded eldritch forces, who had read tomes that would kill others. They commanded the elements and ruled over the arcane, they were wizards. Their eyes flared eeriely, readied to destory this imposter and child with but a flick of a finger.
Teclis, at least would give him chance to speak. To see method behind madness, before killing him at least...
"Who are you dog? To claim my throne... who are you, so proud and arrogant. I would know your name before you die."

Teclis smiled a little, it was good to know that his word was still considered law. That he could turn the wills of weaker creatures with but a spoken call. The way he could shape the train of momentum for others, once potential foes, now they bowed before him. A metalic sound quivered throughout the palace as his sword, so fine and balanced was snapped back into it's sheath. The dyed leather accepting the blade smoothly.
Quickly Prince Teclis drifted towards his throne. Cloaks fluttered behind him like a flight of the whitest doves, lunging for the sky. As he was accepted into the silver embrace of the throne he relaxed, truely this was his place in the world. Lording over weaklings and controlling all his elven eyes could see. But aid? Was the youngling saying he needed help? The sheer mockery of it was shocking!
"And how would you go about that? I need no help?"
(bad post, can't be arsed)

As in help by working under you and helping attack and defend the city since I dont see any building of economical or military importance there isnt even a major housing complex if you want I can buy and help build the archery range and a major house area. Since this city seems to have alot more potential then I saw already so you could change this to a econimical and military base not just a castle for the wealthy, but a city of richs and population more population more military, more military means more power, more power means you have more control, more control and you could take over all the other independent cities and form a new elvish kingdom ment for the strong and the rich all elves dark elf to wood elf would come to folow you and worship you as there lord. Cao David knew that such words were not exactly the best coming from a guest, but he knew that there was much potential in this city that wasnt being done he also knew that this could be a capitol for a much larger kingdom. Also I made a good map for the city.

Teclis massaged his temples, people didn't take hints these days. A silent flicker, so cold and precise of his slim wrist brought forwards several members of his guards. They placed armored hands on David's shoulder, silently without words they dragged him through corridors. They had little care for he, if he fell he would be dragged. Finally he was flung outside.
Back inside the tower Teclis settled down, he couldn't have all these upstarts telling him how to rule the kingdom he was born to. Calmly he thrust a bony fist into a passing clerk, it also seemed anger management wasn't working for him...
